1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using QuickServe24 ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
QuickServe24 provides online tools for PDF manipulation, image processing, financial calculations, and business utilities. Services are available both free and premium (paid) versions.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Free Users
Free users can access basic features without registration. However, some premium features may require account creation.
3.2 Premium Users
Premium users must create an account with valid email address and payment information for subscription services.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
5. Content and File Uploads
5.1 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and temporarily store your files.
5.2 File Processing
All uploaded files are processed securely and automatically deleted from our servers within 60 minutes of processing completion.
5.3 Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that:
- Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Exceeds file size limits (10MB for free users, 100MB for premium)
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuickServe24 and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
8.2 Refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
8.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuickServe24, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuickServe24 and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
